By creating a workspace, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise using Final Wishes, you agree to these terms.
The service
Final Wishes provides software and concierge support to help families coordinate the work that follows a death. We are not a law firm, funeral home, financial institution, or insurance provider, and we do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to authorize only people you trust to access your workspace, and to comply with applicable laws when using the service.
Partners and vendors
We may recommend or coordinate with funeral homes, attorneys, insurers, and other partners. Engagements with those providers are between you and them; we are not a party to those agreements.
Fees
Fees for service packages are disclosed before engagement. Custom scopes are confirmed in writing. We may change pricing for new engagements at any time.
Confidentiality
We treat the information in your workspace as confidential and share it only with people you authorize and as required by law.
Termination
You may end your engagement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Final Wishes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active families and partners.
