Final Wishes provides concierge-supported software that helps families coordinate the work that follows a death. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Final Wishes.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide — contact details, information about your loved one, documents you upload, messages you send, and details required to coordinate vendors and government filings on your behalf. We also collect limited technical information (device, IP address, pages visited) and attribution information (referral source, UTM parameters, partner referral) to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to deliver the service you requested, coordinate with vendors and partners you authorize, maintain security and audit trails, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only with people you authorize (family members, helpers, partners, vendors), with service providers acting on our behalf under written agreements, and where required by law.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. We follow least-privilege principles for staff and partners.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support legal, accounting, and audit requirements. You may request deletion of your workspace at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your workspace. Contact us at privacy@finalwishes.example to make a request.

Changes

We will update this page as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active families and partners.
