Grief is not a problem to solve. It is something to live through with support.

Crisis line: 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7).

Grief support groups: most hospices offer free bereavement groups for 12+ months after a loss, even for families that did not use the hospice. Call any local hospice and ask.
